    Returns & Refunds


    Changed your mind? Kindly return the item in-store if purchased from the shop or request a return from our website by following these steps:

    1. Access your My Account from our website on the top right corner of your screen.
    2. Select Orders from the left tab.
    3. Under your placed order you will find the Return button. (Please note that the return button will switch off automatically after 30 days from checkout.)
    4. Fill in the form provided and press Submit Return Request.

    Make sure that:

    • All packaging is intact so that the item is in a re-saleable condition.
    • You are able to provide a valid proof of purchase – the copy of your receipt from the store.

    Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase shown on the recipt.


    The following items are not returnable:

    • Personalized items
    • Latex Balloons
    • Underwear 
    • Costumes
    • Diaries and Scholastic Diaries
    • Headphones



    If the products being returned meets the return policy criteria, a credit note will be issued. No cash refunds will be given unless the fault is ours.


    Faulty Items

    If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help.

    We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.
