    Changed your mind? You may return an item in store within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    Please ensure that
    • All original packaging is intact and the item is in a resaleable condition
    • A valid proof of purchase is presented. A copy of the receipt is required

    Important Note

    Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the purchase date shown on the receipt.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned

    1.    Personalised items
    2.    Latex balloons
    3.    Underwear
    4.    Costumes
    5.    Diaries and scholastic diaries (after their period has ended)
    6.    Headphones (if not sealed)
    7.    Items with an expiry date, such as sweets, ink, and batteries, if they are expired or have an unreasonably short remaining shelf life
    8.    ITEMS ON SALE

     

     


    Refunds

    If the returned products meet our return policy criteria, a credit note will be issued.
    Cash refunds are only provided if the fault is confirmed to be ours.


    Faulty Items

    If you believe an item purchased from us is faulty, please inform us as soon as the issue becomes apparent so we can assist you promptly.

    We reserve the right to test the product before approving a refund or replacement.
