    Frequently Asked Questions

    Q1. How can I contact customer support?

    A1. To contact our customer support you can do so by sending us a message on our chatting platforms (Messenger & Whatsapp) or by giving us a call on 99222086. We have also added a live chat button which is located at the bottom right of your screen. 


    Q2. How do I place an order on your website?

    A2. To place an order online all you have to do is add the items to your cart. Once you are satisfied with the items placed in your cart, you can proceed to checkout and follow all the steps until you receive an order confirmation following an order number.


    Q3. What payment methods do you accept?

    A3. We accept credit card payments and also Revolut or Bov mobile payments using our mobile number 99222086 to send on.


    Q4. Is my payment information secure on your website?

    A4. Yes it is, we do not store or have access to your payment details. We use a secure payment gateway called TRUST PAYMENT GATEWAY which is a barrier between the customer (You) and Zaky's (Us). No Employee, Management or Technical Support have access to view payment details. We will never ask you to enter any payment details unless used through our Trust Payment Gateway.


    Q5. What are your delivery options and delivery times?

    A5. At the moment, we only have 1 delivery option which is the Standard Delivery however we will be adding more delivery options in the near future. Delivery hours are from Monday to Friday - 9am till 5pm.


    Q6. How can I track my order?

    A6. We will send you automated emails which will keep you up to date on your order. Finally, when your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link. When clicking on the tracking link you will be able to view in what stage your delivery will happen and also track live our delivery man as he makes his way to you.


    Q7. What is the minimum order that I can place online?

    A7. There is no minimum order required as you can order in what quantities you require. If you would like to make use of our delivery service always keep in mind that orders €40 or over are entitled to free delivery. Under €40 a delivery fee will apply according to the location you would like the delivery to happen. Click on the link to view our delivery fees ->


    Q8. Are all the products I see online available in the shop?

    A8. Not necessarily, there might be some items that would require us to bring them from our warehouse however the majority of the products seen online are mostly available from the shop.  Our inventory system and website are continuously syncing together every 30 minutes which give you real time updates on our actual stock quantities (Both warehouse & shop together) which are located in the Product Detail Page when viewing our products online.


    Q9. Do you offer personalised items?

    A9. Yes we do! We offer a wide range of personalised items which are crafted in our workshop. Click on the link to view our range of personalised item ->


    Q10. Can I place my order online during the weekend and collect it from the shop?

    A10. Unfortunately, orders placed online during the weekend will be reviewed on Monday. Our team who are responsible for online orders are available from Monday to Friday (9am till 5pm).
